Service Department

Walt is ABC’s Service Manager who has been apart of the motorcycle industry for over 19 years. Receiving his Master Certification for Motorcycle and Automotive repair has helped Walt specialize in specific areas of the industry. His knowledge of Dyno Tunning, Performance Engine Building, Electrical Diagnostics, and Drive Ability Diagnostics has created a very educational atmosphere for ABC’s Service Department, benefiting riders all over the Michigan area! Walt’s number one goal as Service Manager is to make the customer’s experience as smooth and convenient as possible!

Dan , “Dan-Can Man” is ABC’s EXPERT Service Advisor. He has been working for Harley-Davidson® for over 8 years. Dan started in this field as a Parts Advisor and decided he wanted to grow in his profession. Dan received his state motorcycle repair license, a warranty certificate from Harley-Davidson, was promoted to a service operations level, and has attended many service workshops. Dan knows that soon enough he and his staff will produce the most efficient running, knowledgeable service department in the Southeast Michigan area!

Brad has been working for Harley-Davidson® for over 6 years, and has been at ABC Harley for 3 of them. He began working with H-D® Parts & Accessories, and later utilized his Master Mechanic Certification to become a technician for ABC’s Service Department. Brad is a natural born leader with strong work ethic, and is a master of his trade.

Jim Harlan, Master Technician. His hard work and positive attitude never goes unnoticed by our staff. He is a useful tool for our tech’s- utilizing his experience and education with  Harley-Davidson to recommend the most effective way to preform any service.

Mike is one of the most artistic and creative men many of the ABC staff has ever met. His true passion for Harley-Davidson is shown through all his hard work in the service department. As a technician for several years, Mike now just likes to work on anything anything with an engine! Though he is very current on all the latest advancements in the H-D® industry, he still would like to further his education  and truly be the BEST in his field!

Dennis really enjoys his job…loves the bikes, people and he learns something new everyday. Dennis and his family proudly reside in Waterford, he appreciates that ABC is a huge supporter of his community!
